Constant Headache, Anxiety
I have been having mental stress from last few years because of some financial responsibilities, emotional problems and now everything has messed up and so my mind too. i dont know how to move on with this mind state.

In times of distress and worries, it become difficult to focus on life's important priorities and to choose what is good for us. You seem to be occupied with so many life's problems that it is becoming difficult for you to focus on yourself and your personal peace of mind. When mind becomes too much occupied by external demands and responsibilities, other than self, then it becomes difficult to focus on oneself to maintain relaxation in mind. Therefore, what you need most during these times is to find some time for yourself and meditate or introspect and see what you want most for yourself in life and how your current activities are going to make it happen in near or later future. This will help you in centering yourself in your mind and you will get clarity into what you are doing and why. You are doing what is right for you at this moment but you are not doing it for yourself so it is becoming difficult for you to aspire for it completely. This is building frustration in you and you are getting irritated and anxious.
Next Steps
Find time of at least 1 hour for yourself and focus on your life and your life goals.
