Hello practo user To handle stress, you have tried medicine but their regular use may not help you in long run. You can definitely go for either stress reduction through regular methods or can go for CBT psychotherapy to reduce stress and change your way of looking at things.

Hello , See for headache there are two types of Medications- one for temporary relief like you are taking, another for prophylaxis i.e for reducing the frequency of headaches..u can say for headaches to occur less...the problem with painkillers is that chronic use can lead to kidney failure, gastric ulcers etc...Also if you are having stress headaches then reduction of stress or  better coping with stress required... I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for the same...feel free to reach us for further queries and solutions .. regards Dr Srikant Sharma MD Psychiatry Anandam Psychiatry Centre New Delhi
