Constant headache
I have suffering from constant headache ,a kind of pressure on my head from last 2 months or so.Also I feel congestion in my nose with dizziness weakness and eye strain. I have undergone blood tests for vitamin b12 and vitamin d and it was found low in my case.I took injection of methylcobalamine for 10 days and viitamin d capsule once a week.but still there is no change in my health.please suggest me what should i do.

You should get your eyes checked out for power related issues.
Also consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
