I keep getting headache sometimes it’s everyday and sometimes it’s every other week but when I get a headache I feel sick and it’s stopping me from doing things because all I want to do is sleep

There could be many reasons for headache. It could be some deficiency or eye problem etc. First consult your doctor for a medical examination. If all parameters are normal then consult an Opthamogoist to rule out any eye related issues.
