Hello,
PROPER HYDRATION to be maintained by taking plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.
BP to monitor
Eye check up

Hello dear patient you need to adequate amount of liquids to correct the dehydration caused by fever. You can take pcm for pain. It's safe. If you think problem is severe kindly take consultation with me so that I can talk to you about it and advise you medication.
