Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. All your symptoms are sign of anxiety. As body and mind are interlinked, such emotional disturbance also influence your body function and that's what you are experiencing now like, palpitations, body pain, eye pain, migraine or constipation etc. This could be due to over thinking about issues around career or relationship or some past memories or fears about future etc. Such thoughts also create negativity in every day to day work. No worries, it's just like any other physical illness and can be addressed through counseling session and few lifestyle changes. Feel free to reach out to me online through Practo app for further evaluation and recommendation..
