Constant hip and shoulder pain of rights

Asked for Female, 42 Years

Iam recovering from dengue fever .it's already 13the day of recovery but there is a constant pain in my right shoulder and hip joint sometimes whole back paining. Taking calpol650 isn't helping. As there is no fever and am feeling better now but couldn't find rest from this notorious pain . I can't sleep, sit. Don't know what to do.
