I have been feeling dizzy that i'm in the urge of vomiting but i'm not vomiting my upper abdomen hurts and also my lower abdomen hurts because i haven't had my period yet for almost 2 weeks. and i feel very nervous sometimes that it dries my throat so i frequently swallow my saliva
