Constant leg pain
Hi
I am having heavy pain in right leg from back to knees ..from last one month ..I m in depression now as I am fed of going to doctors test and all..
My job is sitting job ..mostly I got pain when I lie in bed then not able to sleep not able to change the sides and whole night pain going on
Pls suggest

This might hamstring tightness or nerve irritation due to poor posture.
Apply moist heat hot pack to back thigh muscle then do some stretching exercise for hamstring.
Watch the video on u tube.
If u r not getting any relief then consult to physiotherapist.
