Constant light fever , severe cold
It's the 3rd day and fever is not completely gone, it is making me weak and along with that little cough and severe cold are there.Please suggest some medicine or advice me if it's necessary to go to a doctor now.

Hi take Tablet Sinarest one tablet after food in morning and night. Also add a pinch of salt in warm water and do gargling . Take lot of liquids like water juice without ice etc. For cough Take syrup zedex 5ml thrice daily . If symptoms does subside antibiotics might be needed or we can go for further investigations if required.
