Constant low blood pressure
I am a 20 year old girl. I used to have low blood pressure often. I had jaundice when I was 10. I suffered from low iron level at the age of 17 which was compensated by iron drip. No other big medical issue history. In my recent CBC report everything is in range except the lymphocyte and neutrophils. Iron level is also in range. I am not getting that why I am having low blood pressure constantly although hemoglobin, hematocrit, RBCs etc all are in between normal range.

Low blood pressure means having BP less than 90/60 mmhg. I hope u must be having above it. If even ur repeated systolic BP is 100-110 mmhg u don’t panic! It means , it’s normal level for your body. If u r dieting then avoid it, and take normal amount of salt. Adequate water is also important to maintain BP
Next Steps
Take adequate healthy diet
