Constant Lower Back Pain
I had my son five years ago. A month after I had him I started having back issues. It is mostly in the lower back and spreads. It hurts to sit or stand for too long, my back pain is very unbearable, I’ve tried physical therapy and a chiropractor which didn’t help, I take ibuprofen for the pain but it’s not touching the pain. I’ve tried gabipentin but it counteracts my birth control and at this point I don’t know what to do I’m terrified that I might have to have surgery or get back injections.
