More important than the causative factors for aphthous ulcers, we need to practically focus on the precipitating factors which vary from patient to patient and can be psychological or hormonal automatic or allergic in nature. A detailed clinical history will be required to access one or more factors applicable in your case. Please consult an oral pathologist for the same.
