Constant Nausea and abdomen pain

Last night I drank a lot of alcohol and now today my abdomen hurts and I've been throwing up clear bubbly stomach acid ... Is this just a hangover or something more ?

Hello dear, having gastric content vomiting after consumption of alcohol is due to gastritis. Sometimes pancreatitis can also cause this, in that case you will be having pain in stomach area radiating to the back and also severe vomiting even with water consumption.
