Constant neck stiffness.!
Dr. I'm suffering from neck ache problem from approximately 1 year ...I have been to many doctors They suggested me some exercises but they were not useful.... So I want some help about the problem. Stiffness in neck and jaw muscle is also there.

Do just one exercise for two days .     Take 1 kg weight in each hand , hands by side , standing position. Lift shoulders up and stay where pain goes . For 1 minute ,static .  Do it 10 times divided in a day .

exercise position must be totally painless .     if it pains while doing ,dont do .        pain is always wrong .
