I am a tb patient And I have been suffered from chest and shoulder pain please suggests me what can I do. Main bahut paresan ho gya hu aur mere dard bhi bahut hota hai

Yeah dard hriday se samband nahi rakhta. Apne local doctor se dard ka dawa let sakhte hein
