Hi , I can understand ur concern , but be calm n relax . Every lump in breast is not cancerous first of all , some lumps are bening also . Normally breast are of lumpy texture , n some breast lumps related to menstrual cycle also they can be go by their own after completion of cycle . But if ur pain is constant n u feel more hardness then better to consult a doctor .
Next Steps
Go for Mammogram n blood test .
Health Tips
Start doing Pranayam n yoga for proper oxygenation of cells n tissue . Better to remove bra before going to sleep for proper blood circulation n to relax breast.
