Constant pain in legs no mater what i do
This has been on for almost two years but only this year has it been so bad. My legs more the calf muscle but they eventually ache everywhere the pain just got worse as P.E went on, and we work out a lot in the class.But the reason I'm here now is because I'm starting to feel the pain in my arms. Its a constant throb when exercising or just resting

You should go for full body check up tests. It could be due to lack of less water intake or due to protine deficiency or due to low blood level in body or could be other reason.
