Constant Pain in lower gum
My lower incisors are grinded to half due to oblique setting of my upper incisors. Now the problem has increased as my upper incisors now directly touches on my lower gum and it is paining unbearably. Your suggestions will mean alot.

Deep bite is one of the most damaging features of teeth. In these patients, as u have noticed, upper and lower incisor teeth "bang" or "grind" on each other causing tooth wear (as in ur case) or gum/bone loss or muscle/jaw joint pain. Generally, a comprehensive treatment would require Orthodontics (straightening of oblique teeth) and rehabilitation (restoration of lost tooth structure)
Next Steps
Consult an Orthodontist or general dentist who does rehab work
Health Tips
Ur teeth should last a lifetime. Take two or more opinions before you undertake major treatment decisions. And do not worry, everything will be just fine!
