Constant pain in lump,size increasing.
I have this lump in my right leg , it's situated in lower side & upper surface of my leg , it was small in size first , it's wasn't painfully and easily moveable not much but quite.Slowly it started increasing its shape and some red nerves like structure with pus formation in between it started showing on the surface of skin.it pains a lot now.Doctor said from surgery a cotton like structure will get removed but I want to know what is it & what is the name of the disease I have ? Lipoma or Cyst?

Lipoma getting infected with pus is a rare presentation .. jus by your description it could be a sebaceouscyst as well
