Constant pain in my leg
I have a plate in my leg which has been in for 24 years now. A few days ago I went to step into the shower, I lifted my left leg in and slipped and my right leg (which has the plate) bent and hit the step right onto my plate. My leg is bruised and swollen and now Im in a lot of pain up to my knee which is now also swollen. Should I be worried?

Yes. Implant might be broken or refracture. Get x-rays done to confirm that.
Next Steps
Apply ice pack locally. Rest to affected lower limb. Keep leg elevated. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help.
Health Tips
If there are implant problems, consider removal.
