Constant pain in my right leg
Currently practicing for 100m sprint. After 2 to 3 weeks of practice,I experienced a pain. Earlier this year,I sprained my right leg.I did not go to the clinic.I had a few problems flexing my ankle after that but around 3 months I am totally fine.I do go to the doctor around 1 month after that the doctor said that I am fine. Now I felt the pain again but it does not only affect my ankle but my whole right leg after and during the run. When I bend my knees the pain went straight up to my upper leg.

Hello mam ! The problem being faced by you is probably lack of muscle training exercises in a graded form. U need appropriate supervised physiotherapy and rehabilitation programme. We usually start with strength training followed by proprioception and rehab training. This needs to be looked into and rest is not the treatment.
