MRI study of Lumbar Spine shows: 1.Diffuse central L4-L5 discal herniation with bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and compression of adjacent nerve roots. 2.Diffuse L5-S1 disc bulge with indentation of thecal sac. what does these indicates, please answer. Thanks

This indicates that the nerves that supply your legs are pressed due to disc bulge in the lower back. You need to consult a Neurospine specialist.
