Constant pressure
I have had a pressure in my lower rectum for 3 weeks now it is there 24/7 and there is nothing on the internet to tell me what it is and it is really annoying. I got it after coming back from a long run after a meal, during the run I got stomach cramp and had diarrhea for about 2 days after that everything was fine but I just have this constant pressure, I strain a lot when I go to the bathroom to have a poo so is it possible this is just hemorrhoids? Never had it before please help. Thanks
