Constant running nose and cough
My child is 4 years old & had fever of >101F for 3 days. I suspect it to be viral and have waited. He had cough, running nose and fever.
I gave him calpol and ibugesic. so the fever came down. Now he has mild fever now but he is not able to sleep due to high cough and running nose and feels lethargic in the morning. What shall I do.

You should let your kid examined by nearby pediatrician. As cough could be of chest or only throat.without checkup, can't prescribe any medication
