Constant sadness
I am feeling constant sad & empty... its hard for me to write how i feel. its like blank totally. Like aimless, no motivation, no interest in doing anything.

Many of the things that you said looks like despair. The proper gauging can be done by a psychologist or psychiatrist. One year is a long time and you need to take psychiatric help to begin with and then you can work with CBT psychologist. What happens in session is it is a structured way of managing low feeling with proper action plan.
