I’ve had a painful shoulder for two weeks since I hurt it playing sport, I thought it would just be a minor injury and would get better but it’s getting worse, including more pain and a lot worse bruising, the pain is when I move it, when I touch it or anything like that

Hi, you got shoulder injury. It might be just impingement or labral or cuff injury. You need further evaluation. Might settle with physio or need MRI. Opinion given by Shoulder and Elbow consultant Dr. Sivaraman
