Constant sleep and swollen lymph nodes
My lymph nodes are swollen on my neck and very painful to swallow even just a drink . I've got hot sweats and night sweats and I've been so exhausted I can barely stay awake in the day but then I can hardly get to sleep at night I think I've probably slept about 18 hours today and I still feel tired and so unwell

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
