I’ve been not sleeping for 2 Days now and just feeling bad I have a meeting tomorrow with a very good friend of mine because she’s worried about me and well obviously I don’t know what to do anymore

Dear friend, it's good u r seeking professional help. 1st of all relax your mind. Don't overthink about anything. Simply go to the bed and do some breathing exercises and try to sleep. You must also try to practice Jacobs progressive muscle relaxation technique, which is available online.
