Constant sneezing in the morning
I sneez every morning when i wake up. It will take 1 hour to stop the running nose.sometimes whole day i have a running nose because of that.. for some time i coughed alot in night which is happen at regular basis i.e. 1 hour cough when it happen. It is not allergy because i have changed the room environment cloths everything.. what should i do
It has been happening since four months.i am 30 year old male

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway disorder which may require treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers for long term. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit to you
