  4. Constant Stomach pain. All these happen?

Constant Stomach pain
Hi doctor. Sorry for my english . I have constant stomach pain and it is day 4 today. I cant eat anything. When I start to eat I feel nauseous and I want to womit all day.(even if there is nothing in my stomach). Sometimes I feel like my stomach is burning and its size going bigger and bigger. I cant sleep becouse of this. Why all these happen?

Most likely due to acidity Avoid spicy food and fasting Tab pantocid DSR 1 tab once daily before food for 7 days
