  4. Constant toothache. Its really urgent.

Constant toothache
I am having toothache since 2 to 3 days but it became worse in last 24 hours .i am having cavity in between 2 teeths..I am 31 weeks pregnant , I have taken paracetamol plain 500 mg tablet but it not helpful.please suggest me what to do or any doctor available today here in Nagpur..its really urgent..

Paracetamol is not a very effective painkiller but it is one of the safest options in pregnancy. The best thing to do would be to visit a dentist as soon as possible. Search for a dentist in your vicinity using Practo. Do not delay this visit because medicines will never cure the dental pain..... they only subside it temporarily.... Only some objective treatment by a dentist will provide you relief.
