Constant urination, back and side pain
I've been peeing 3 or 4 times an hour for the last 4 days or so. Yesterday I noticed white specks in my urine, today there are brown specks. My back and side hurt very bad. I've been exhausted, upset stomach and no appetite.

Get a urine examination and Ultrasonography of KUB ,you may be suffering from urinary tract infection with involvement of upper tract
