Constant Violence Issues

One of my students faces many issues at school and at home. His surrounding is really stressful which makes him really violent towards others. He comes from a extremely low income background making it further difficult to take medical help. He has lost interest in academics and finds no merit in being in the classroom.

You could contact a local NGO or local youth empowerment program which works with adolescents and send him there or try to have a positive impact on the child in your personal capacity.
