Constant vomiting and nausea
For about a month or so, I have had issues off an on for weeks at a time with vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. All of these times I thought maybe it was the flu so I didn't go to the doctor. But yesterday, November 4, I decided to visit the doctor. She diagnosed me with acid reflux. I don't understand because I don't get heartburn as much as I feel like you should with acid reflux. I am just in constant pain from nausea and I continuously vomit. It isn't even after certain times. I just throw up.

Reflux is like regurgitation Of stomach juices in the esophagus.  It generally occurs when the valve between the stomach and esophagus is Lax and allows the return of stomach fluid in reverse direction which otherwise should not occur.  Heart burn is the common symptom of reflux ( GERD) though occasionally patient may not have symptoms in spite of having the reflux.  Endoscopy,  pH studies and esophageal manometry helps in diagnosis,  though every patient need not get all these investigations done.  In your case,  as you had diarrhea,  which is not a symptom of reflux.  ( needs proper clinical evaluation)
Next Steps
proper documentation of the history of symptoms. endoscopy.
Health Tips
avoid taking large meals. avoid heavy meals at dinner time. don't go to bed immediately after taking food
