  4. Constant wrist pain. Just dulls it.

Constant wrist pain
I’ve been having intense pain in both of my wrists (right wrist more affected), the pain travels up my arm and occasionally my hand cramps. I’ve had it a few times previously but it has been continuous for the last 2 weeks or so. I have been taking ibuprofen when it’s at its worst but it doesn’t remove the pain completely, just dulls it.
