Constantly severe eye pain
I have been rubbing both of my eyes in the past few days and they both ache me terribly these days ever since. I can feel how sticky they are as well, like everytime I blink it feels like the eyelids get stuck together and there is like some sort of whitish discharge in either corners of my eyes too.

Might be having allergy and dryness. Please use antiallergic and lubricant eye drops e.g. olopatadine and teardrop.2to 3 times daily.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop along with antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
