Constipation after delivery
Hi,I have delivered through c sec in Oct 2016 and eventually after that I started getting constipation problem very frequently.Initially it used to bleed but now it doesn't bleed but whenever I constipated the rectum pains a lot and at times I have ended up taking pain killer also.I have shown doctor earlier and they said that there is a tear and nothing to worry.I suffer very frequently from this problem.I feel my rectum swells and the skin inside turns red completely.please help.
