Constipation & white tong
I have constipation from last week and a white coated tongue from 7 months .For which i consulted many ENT specialist and Oral medicine specialist they said its ok . nothing to worry. I think i have candida yeast infection .Coz this white coated tongue started when i took overdose of antibiotics 7 months back .From there its persistent "Please advice

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If your oral medicine specialist and the ENT specialist said it's ok then why would you even think you could outsmart them?
Have a high fiber diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days.
