Constipation and stomach issue
Dear Sir / Mam ,
My daughter is 2.5 yr old and suffering from constipation since past one year . Our doctor has prescribed Dabur Hepano syrup 2 tsp 3 times a day and himalaya gasex syrup 2 tsp 3 times a day.
Kindly advice if these medicines are okay for her

Respected madam, if the doctor has consulted your daughter and prescribed the medicines according to her condition please continue the medication.
Next Steps
Try to include ginger/pepper/garlic/asofoetida in her meal. Give her vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of luke warm water. Avoid pastries, food products made from maida, reheated food. Avoid non vegetarian food. If breastfeeding is continuing mother should also avoid these.

Better to consult to gain a proper root cause for child's condition
Giving bakery foods, and chocolates will definitely worsen the condition.
10grams of Leucas aspera (Hindi: छोटा हल्कुसा Chhota halkusa or गॊफा Gophaa) boiled in 1 glass of water, and reduced to ¼ glass need to be given to child thric daily ½hour before feeding.
