Constipation and vomiting
I'm in 13 DPO , I didn't go to toilet for 4 days nd today evening I took enema and I went to toilet but that wasn't completely gone just now I vomited a lot. I'm really tired. ? Is this a sign of early pregnancy ???

It appears to be constipation.
But other POSSIBILITIES need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
ULTRASOUND etc may be needed.
