I am 14weeks pregnant and having difficulty going motion sometimes it's very hard that it bleeds how can I have free motion

Constipation is common in pregnancy. Looks like you  hv constipation induced fissure Take  plenty of fluids orally High fiber diet- salads/ fruits / green leafy veg. Stool softner.seitz bath.
