Constipation even after 3 mth of deliver
Hello Doctor, I have balanced diet, even though suffering from constipation after 3 months of normal delivery. And when I release gas for anus its releases for vagina / I fart from vagina. Please help me on this. Diet I follow: 1. Breakfast - milk and sujji (ganjji) 2.lunch - wheat dosa with 2 bowel of vegetables. 3.snacks milk and biscuits or 1 bowel of vegetables or fruits. 4.dinner - 1cup of rice with leafy curry Please let me know if I have to change my diet to get relief for constipation. And fart issue. Thanks in advance.

Your diet is not adequate for a breast feeding mother... Sooji n biscuits cause constipation.. For fart issue you need clinical examination, so visit your nearby gynaecologist
