[ ] Hi, for constipation kindly Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread(maida items).Try Issabgol Husk powder. Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal .worm infestation also causes Constipation so deworming is recommended. Feel free to ask any further quary.
