Constipation
Having problems in my constipation. Age:27 Married Women. Symptoms: Poop is hard and dry. Feeling difficult to poop. Feeling Tired. Unexpected weight gain.

Drink plenty of fluids Eat plenty of fibre rich food i.e carrots, cucumbers, papaya, almonds oats, chia seeds etc Avoid sitting down for a longer duration Increase physical activity Avoid indigenous medicine Walk for 15 mins post meal

If constipation persists despite adequate fibre intake & fluid intake, seek help of gastroenterologist
