Hello, Doctor
My mother is 71 year old has lot of constipation problem earlier she was taking cremaphin but not cremaphin is not working as it was, can you please suggest which is the best medicine for constipation which she can take on regular basis also Pat saffa is safe option to take on regular basis because it contains senna leaves ? Please advise doctor it is urgent

There is no single best medicine.
Every medicine has it benefits and limitations.
Treatment has to be planned based on many factors.
Type of constipation, cause of constipation, it's severity, other associated factors etc need to be evaluated in detail.
