I am 33 years old, i have to go potty 3 times in the morning, then after 2-3 hours after having lunch one more time i have to go and then 1 more time in the evening or night, i have this problem from last 5-6 years

You could be having Irritable Bowel Syndrome . You should consult a internist. Take proper treatment.
