I am taking duphalac syrup since last three days but still there is no relief , and i feel tightness around my anal area

You check your Thyroid status.
Drink atleast 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day.
Take fibre rich diet.
If you are leading a sedentary life style then you need to walk daily atleast half an hour per day.
