You need to provide more details like Duration of the problem, is this a recurrent issue, any anal swelling or pain. Consult a surgeon or Gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management. Till then start on Laxative syrup like Duphalac 15 ml at bedtime.
Health Tips
Have High fibre diet regularly.
Drink lots of water
Avoid nonveg, maida, deep fried foods.
