Constipation
I have constipation since last 6 days. Had very no bowel movement to minimal watery bowel before I took 2 Dulcoflex tablets. Now there is some minor relief after taking Dulcoflex tablets but I want to Speed up my recovery. Kindly suggest effective medication.

High fibre diet. Salads green vegetables fruits etc. Plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc.
